We obviously hope you love everything you buy from us here at Gently but sometimes things just aren't quite right are they? Well if that's the case and if you return an item within 2 weeks of receipt (unworn and in it's original packaging), we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (although not the postage) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. Where you are returning part of an order, postage will be deducted from any amount refunded if the kept order value is less than the free postage limit of £50. Please ensure you email us at email@example.com to let us know you are sending an item back.
We would prefer it if you called to talk to us about sizing rather than ordering a million different things in a million different sizes. Don't forget, we're here to help.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SEND THINGS BACK?
14 days. Not because we're mean but because even if you don't want it, somebody else might. This is reduced to 7 days on sale goods.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, certainly within 7 days. Please try to let us know if you are returning something so we can keep and eye out for it and ensure any refund or exchange is processed without delay

Refunds cannot be approved until the goods are received back in store, so please don't forget to get PROOF OF POSTAGE in case there is a problem along the way.
In the (hopefully) unlikely event that anything does go wrong, this means we can attempt to track the missing item through Royal Mail / our courier.
