Stainless steel 18/10 - Wood handle

The Bistrot Teak is not dishwasher-safe. When washing by hand, it is recommended that you do not use abrasive sponges.
If any small spots appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
Regular nourishment with olive or linseed oil is recommended for teak handles. It is also recommended not soaking your cutlery.
